Returns are only acceptable, if the package of the product is not opened, it is sealed and it is not used.   

The return is eligible for 14 days after the delivery. 

The cost of the returnal to the Salvini is paid by the sender. 

In every case of the returnal you should call us. 

The products should be delivered with Consignent Note.
